Shipping and Returns

Tales From The Blue currently ships products to:

Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Poland, United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom (UK), Czech Republic, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

The customs authorities of the destination country will send the corresponding payment notification to the email provided during the purchase process.

Production Time

The High-Quality Print product has a production time of 24 working hours.

The Black Handmade Ayous Wood Frame and Luxury Museum-Grade Handmade Mansonia Wood Frame products have a production time of 4 to 5 working days.

All production takes place from Monday to Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Here are the estimated shipping times by destination:

Spain (Mainland): 24 to 48 working hours after production is completed.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 24 to 72 working hours after production is completed.
Portugal and Andorra: 36 to 72 working hours after production is completed.
European Union: 5 to 10 working days after production is completed.
Outside the European Union: 10 to 15 working days after production is completed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination and order size. You can view the shipping rates at the bottom of this page.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email from GLS with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage and we will offer you a solution.

You can contact us via the contact form.

Order Error

If you receive an incorrect product, let us know within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand, orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours after purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Return due to customs issues

If you do not pay the applicable customs duties or taxes in your destination country, the package will be automatically returned to origin (Spain).

In this case:

• The order amount and shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Any return costs incurred during the customs process will also not be refunded.
